Reservations of minimum 2 nights in high season (July-August). Payment to be made when giving the keys – check-in.

CHECK-IN TIME

*We ask all our kind guests to inform us about the time they expect to arrive to Bellavista
Check-In is to be made between 16.00 and 22.00. The non-notice may also cause a long wait for which no complaints or reimbursement claims are accepted.

Please notice that for arrivals before that time we cannot assure suite availability. However we’ll make you leave your luggage and come back later

* For arrivals in the evening please inform us about it when booking or as soon as possible
CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-Out is to be made within 10:00 or max and never later than 10:30, otherwise a further night will be charged. Anyway, it is possible to leave luggage and take it back later.

All rates include continental/Italian breakfast which will be served in the terrace or, more romantically, in room from 8 am to 10 am
We would be grateful if you could communicate arrival time in advance to offer you a better service and for instructions about parking
Please notice that it is forbidden to smoke in all our Suites, but it is admitted in the terrace
It is strictly prohibited to bring other people in the room, terrace and in any other area of Bellavista B&B without any authorization from the manager on pain of an additional charge of € 250.00

RATES

  • From January 7th to March 31st, double suite including breakfast min 160,00 euro max 200,00 euro - double suite in use as single bedroom 100,00 euros.
  • From April 1st to May 31st double suite including breakfast min 190,00 euro max 220,00 euro - double suite in use as single bedroom 130,00 euros.
  • From June 1st to July 15th double suite including breakfast min 200,00 euro max 220,00 euro - double suite in use as single bedroom 150,00 euro.
  • From July 16th to September 15th double suite including breakfast min 220,00 euro max 250,00 euro - double suite in use as single bedroom 150,00 euros.
  • From September 16th to December 20th double suite including breakfast min 150,00 euro max 200,00 euro - double suite in use as single bedroom 130,00 euros.
  • From December 21st to January 6th double suite including breakfast min 150,00 euro max 200,00 euro - double suite in use as single bedroom min 100,00 euro max 150,00 euro

Additional bed min.35,00 euros max. 40,00 euros.

Children until 3 years old are free in bed with their parents.

Rates are to be intended as per day, depending on room type and including breakfast. The restaurant service having an agreement with us may change from a min. of 25,00€ to a max. of 50,00€

CANCELLATION POLICY
From the 14th to the 8th day preceding the arrival, penalty of 70% of total amount. In 7 days before the arrival penalty of 100%. No show or advance departure penalty of 100%.
